Before 2009, I couldn’t also answer the question “What is a Blog?” because I did not know. I asked my friend, Okey this question in 2009 and everything changed for me.

Blogging has been such a buzz word for about 2 decades now and is still such a life saver literally for brand visibility, education and selling. It is a great online tool/media platform that is easy to create by individuals who want to educate people, inform people, or entertain people.

To create a blog is easy and you can own your own blog with just a little guidance and make a living with it just like any media platforms like TV, Radio, Newspaper, Magazine, etc if taught the business of it.

Its full name is Weblog which signifies that Is accessible on the web and is styled in anti-chronological pattern which shows latest posts first, just like with social media.

It also shows views from readers from across the world and has comment sections where readers can send the owner of the blog, feedback.

I created my first blog in 2009 to get visibility for my small business at that time, and since then I have created some other blogs serving different audiences. I was so broke working in a media company and was owed salary for 4 months in 2009 when I began thinking of making money from my skill of copy editing. Thinking of how to get more customers for my business, led me to inquire about getting a website when a friend introduced me to blogging.
